I recently sat down with Bolaji Ajibare, popularly known online as Social Media Oga and Bolaji Billions.
Bolaji is a social media strategist, digital marketer, educator and community builder. Over the past five years, she has built a community of 250,000+ creators, freelancers and social media professionals, helping people develop the skills and knowledge to build careers and businesses in the digital space.
She has spoken at institutions and events including Imperial College London and the Adobe Ambassador London Summit and has been recognized as one of All Marketing School’s “Top 100 Marketers to Watch in 2026.”
One thing I noticed from my conversation with Bolaji is that she prays over everything.
She prays over her content, her platforms, she prays before posting her content, before engaging with brands, before her speaking engagements, she prays over everything!

Pray over your food.
Pray when you get into the office.
Pray before that meeting at work.
Pray before you send that email.
Pray before you apply for that job.
Pray over your children.
Pray over your friendships.
Pray over your business.
Pray over your content.
Pray about the things that feel big but also pray about the things that feel so small.
